The term ‘Being Baby’, ‘Being Baby Limited’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website.
The term ‘you’ refers to the individual or group viewing this website.
1.1 The content of the website is subject to change at anytime without notice.
1.2 Unauthorised use of this website is strictly forbidden. Doing so may give claim for damages and/or or a criminal offence.
1.3 All material content found on this website is either owned by Being Baby, or is licensed to us. This includes but is not limited to, design, layout, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of such materials is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Third party website links may be included on our website. Whilst these are intended for the interest of our customers, their inclusion does not signify we endorse the website(s) and we take no responsibility for the content of third party website(s).
1.5 The Being Baby website, your usage and any dispute arising from the website is subject to the laws of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
2.0 Being Baby strictly adhere to the requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) dated 25th May 2018.
2.1 We do not see, store or hold any credit or debit card details.
2.2 We will never pass (this includes, selling, renting or exchange) any personal details onto a third party for any reasons.
2.3 We use your personal information to fulfil your order and to update you about new products and services which we feel maybe of interest to you. You are able to unsubscribe to this at anytime by emailing us.

RETURNS POLICY
3.0 We are very confident that you will love our products and be happy with your purchase from Being Baby Limited.
However, as peace of mind, if you are unhappy with your purchase you are entitled to return them and cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery, in the original packaging and unused for an exchange or refund.
3.1 Refunds will be the price of the product. Being Baby are not liable for the cost of return postage and packaging.
It is recommended that the customer insures return postage and retains proof of postage. Being Baby will not accept any responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
3.2 You must contact us and let us know that you intend to return an item before posting. Items must not be sent to us before our customer services team have acknowledged your return request. Please include customer name, address, order number and the reason for return. Email hello@beingbaby.net
Return the item to the address provided by customer services.
3.3 Once we have received the item, our Quality Assurance team checks and approves the condition of the product in line with returns policy conditions. Your refund will then follow.
3.4 The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Items that have been laundered or used cannot be accepted for refund.
Damaged goods due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted.
With the exception of faulty goods, all goods returned are at the sender’s expense. When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price. We will advise on postage of faulty goods once you have contacted us.
